Co-Founder & Head of Partnerships and Growth
Joseph brings deep experience in development finance, green FDI, ESG, sustainability finance, and SME consulting. With an MSc in Development Finance, he leads Korey’s growth strategy and partnership development, working with businesses, investors, and development partners to scale sustainable solutions across Africa. His work focuses on building ecosystems that enable SMEs to access capital, expertise, and long-term growth opportunities.

Co-Founder & Head of Policy and Research
Esinam holds an MA in Law and an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge. She leads Korey’s policy, research, and advocacy work, ensuring that sustainability strategies are aligned with regulatory frameworks and informed by rigorous research. Her work bridges local policy realities with global best practices, supporting businesses and institutions to navigate environmental regulations and sustainability standards effectively.

A sanitation hackathon winner and specialist in AI and machine learning, he leads the development of Korey’s digital tools for environmental impact measurement and ESG reporting. His work enables scalable, technology-enabled sustainability solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for African SMEs.
